A graduate of Polytechnic Institute of New York in Civil Engineering, Sail Van Nostrand has been a leader in the construction and project management field for over twenty five years.
From high-rise office buildings to local libraries, Sail is recognized for his attention to detail, and his personal commitment to his clients.
An early adopter of sustainable technologies, Mr. Van Nostrand founded Energy by Choice to apply his expertise in project management to the growing field of sustainable energy solutions.
Mr. Van Nostrand has demonstrated his commitment by becoming an active member and official in leading Solar Energy organizations. Mr. Van Nostrand serves as Chairman of LISEIA (Long Island Solar Industries Association), and vice-president of NYSEIA (New York Solar Energy Industries Association). Sail is also proud to be a NABCEP certified energy practitioner.
